Splashed Bouquet

Splashed Bouquet - the third painting in the bouquet series - is a representation of the interconnectedness of life and the hidden facets of existence. The flowers represent beauty and briefness of life, the water symbolizes our adaptability, and the black diamonds signify the strength and resilience found within the depths of one's self.

30 x 30” oil painting on gessobord

Fun fact: I began this painting the day I found out I had COVID in March 2022. I felt absolutely awful, so I laid in bed for 7 days straight and painted this right on top of my comforter (yes, a few messes were made).

It passed the time so quickly, I barely remember being sick!
